Sherwin-Williams Eastern Division

Approximately 1,100 Sherwin-Williams employees from 13 Eastern states and Canada, representing their paint division, lent their talents and passion to paint the interiors of 15 facilities for 10 nonprofit organizations in Dallas, Texas Januaray 27, 2009.

Simultaneously, one hundred Sherwin-Williams employees from their flooring division boxed and shipped donated items for soldiers stationed in Turkey, Iraq and Afghanistan. The items were purchased by their employees for 400 soldiers. The boxes were shipped in partnership with American Airlines.

The Hands At Work Corporate Employee Project was recognized as one of the largest paint projects in the nation. A photo from one of the largest facilities painted, Homeward Bound and 407 Sherwin-Williams employees, was shown in Times Square during the month of February.
